This incredible Sashimi-Grade Wild King Salmon was troll-caught in the clean, cold waters of the Pacific Ocean along the West Coast of the United States of America! King Salmon caught by our day boats are cleaned, pressure-bled and cradled in soft, flaked ice within minutes of being landed. That night, we vacuum seal and freeze them whole to about -30 degrees. When it’s time to sell a fish, we carefully thaw, fillet, trim and portion it into gorgeous pieces that are about one (1) pound each. We then vacuum seal each individual portion and make it available for our customers to enjoy. Frozen is definitely the new fresh… when it’s done right!
Each individually-packaged, thawed fillet weighs about one (1) pound and feeds 2 people. Please select the number of thawed fillets that you would like to purchase below. You will receive at least the “Actual Weight” shown below (or a cash refund for any small “underage”… ’cause that’s how we roll!)
